Bergamot trees are found in the Mediterranean basin and in West Africa. The flesh of this fruit is not consumed, but the pressed zest gives an essence known since always for its fruity fragrance, but also hot and slightly spicy.

Indication

On a psycho-emotional level, the essential oil of Bergamot favors the nervous balance. It is well suited to people who are prone to negative thoughts and little motivation to change their behavior. Bergamot helps to restore self-confidence.

Dosage

External: for diseases of the nervous system, 3 to 4 drops of essential oil of bergamot on the arch, the inner side of the wrists, on the solar plexus or on both sides of the spine.

Trick

A deodorant whose scent will lift your spirits or calm a small family tension: mix 1 drop of bergamot essential oil, 2 drops of lavender essential oil and 2 drops of grapefruit essential oil.
A natural perfume: 3 drops of essential oil of bergamot, 1 drop of essential oil of incense , 1 drop of sandalwood essential oil, 2 drops of tangerine essential oil and 100 drops of vegetable oil of jojoba .
